Traffic Polava was one of my first year projects at university. The game is a top-down “shoot ’em up” with a parallaxing background, basic power-ups and waves of enemies.
The aim of the game is to get to work as quickly as possible, as recklessly as possible. To do so, the player must make their way through randomized/progressive waves of traffic, collecting weapon and speed power-ups as they go. The player can attack other vehicles by either smashing them off the road, or shooting them.

This game also supports the use of an Xbox 360 Gamepad.
